I teach family therapy at New York University School of Medicine. I have trained in it for all of my career. Therefore, much of my work is with families—straight, LBGQT and any other way people chose to form meaningful bonds. But treating a family and helping it succeed can involve more than seeing the family as a group. Sometimes it means seeing different individuals alone or together. As I said in another part of this website I am fascinated by relations and often help them succeed if those involved desire it.
